Chicken Drumstick (Fry)

                     I was excpecting some guest today, so just kept thinking  what could i do which would be quicker and easier, then suddenly i realised that when i have my best friend around, it should nt be much off a problem.....n who's it?????? yes.......its my oven....
  Here it goes.....
Ingredients...
Marinade:
 Chicken legs 4 to 5
  Lemon juice  2tsp
  chilli pd   1 tbsp
   turmeric pd pinch
   salt /pepper  to taste
    Dhaniya pd  1 tsp
    garam masala 1/2 tsp
   L ittle water to make it a paste,
    dash of oil....
Method :
                Marinade all the ingds and leave it to marinade either in the refrigerator, or on the kitchen rack for about 2 to 3 hrs...you can either deep fry it, or grill it in the oven which i did...
 for the oven 
   Set the oven to 180 c  and place the chicken pcs on the grill rack, and keep turning them after every 5 - 10 mins so that they cook evenly.....brush the pieces with little butter it will take approx 40 mins, depending on the size of the leg piece....
Garnish it with salad or lime...
 Tou can sprinkle chaat masala or lime juice on top of the chicken before serving....

Grilled Salmon

                  Salmon not being one of my fav fish, but its been my hubby's fav one, i have never developed a liking towards salmon, guess because of its colour :) u never know!!!!!
 anyways this is for all the salmon lovers, its simple n quick, easy to cook, so here it goes.
 Ingredients:
 Salmon  2
 Salt/pepper  to taste
  oregano 1/2 tsp
  dill  1/2 tsp
   lime juice 1 tsp
   thyme 1/2 tsp
    olive oil  2tbsp
 Method: 
                Marinade all the above ingredients for the salmon and leave it for about half - to 1 hr, and then add one tbsp of olive oil and grill the salmon, cook on each side for about 3-4 mins, and serve with stir fry veggies, and rice.

Stuffed Chicken Steaks...

         Stuffed Chicken breast with salad, and stir fried vegetables....and  the barbeque sauce...
       Ingredients:
     Marinade:
     Chicken Breast  2
     cheese  2tbsp
     oregano    2 tsp
     thyme   1/2 tsp
     salt and pepper to taste
     olive oil
     lemon juice (optinal)
       
Method:
                Make a pocket in between the chicken, and marinade with salt and pepper, in a bowl mix cheese oregano and thyme and stuff inside the chicken, lemon juice can be added (optinal), let it marinate for about 2 hrs, and then grill it....serve with barbeque sauce and stir fried vegetables.

Vegetable Stir- Fry

            As i mentioned before  at times i do get lazy when it comes to cooking so i prefer something where i dont have to put much of effort....but at the same time taste delicious as well....this is something i love eating occassionaly :)
  when i realsie that i havent eaten veggies for long.....so i do it all in one dish.....
As simple as it goes :  
Ingredients:
All kinds of vegetables which you prefer  - ( cut into chunks )
Salt/ Pepper  to taste
 
Cornflour   1 tbsp
Method :
                 Heat olive oil i na pan, put all the vegetables and stir fry on  a high flame......add in salt n pepper, fry it for a while, then add the cornflour(mixed with water) and add to it.....let it cook for a while, mix well  and then its ready to serve :)
